Dal Khalsa has announced to mark August 15, India's Independence Day, as "Black Day". Dal Khlasa president S. Harcharanjeet Singh Dhami said that Hindu and Muslim brethren attained freedom on August 14 and 15, 1947 respectably but Sikhs missed the opportunity and got trapped into another political subjugation.
