New Delhi, India (March 02, 2014): According to certain media reports the United States of America (U.S.) Secretary of State John Kerry released the "Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2013 - India", which affirms that the most significant human rights problems were police and security force abuses, including extra-judicial killings, torture, and rape; widespread corruption at all levels of government, leading to denial of justice; and separatist, insurgent, and societal violence.
