And the serial which, obliviously, finds fault with Army general’s military strategy does not unravel why the Indian State chose to suppress the political dissent of a minority with mammoth use of the force knowing well the Operation would entail serious repercussions.

Ludhiana/Punjab (October 02, 2012): According to media reports Kuldip Brar, former Lt Gen. of Indian Army who had led armed attack on Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar in June 1984, has survived the attack. He was reportedly attacked by four persons in London. He sustained injuries on his neck and face, believed to have been caused with a knife.
