FSO demands emergency medical treatment for Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara

In a written statement issued by S. Joga Singh, S. Kuldip Singh Chaheru and S. Loveshinder Singh Dallewal, the Federation of Sikh Organization (U.K.) has demanded emergency media treatment for Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara who is currently serving life imprisonment in New Delhi's Tihar Jail.

Committee for Release of Political Prisoners (CRPP) has noted with concern the critical nature of the health of Jagtar Singh Hawara suffering from severe ailment in his spinal cord. Despite several representations to the prison authorities little has been done to see that Mr. Jagtar Singh Hawara—who is undergoing life imprisonment till ‘death’ in Tihar Jail, ‘High Risk Ward’—gets immediate and timely special medical care.
