New York (December 12, 2009): Attorney Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Legal Advisor of Sikhs For Justice demanded that high level judicial inquiry by a sitting High Court Judge should be conducted into the December 5 Ludhiana incident in which one Darshan Singh was killed and many Sikhs were injured by the firing of the Punjab Police.
