This speech was delivered during a Panthic Diwan held on June 2, 2019 at Gurdwara Guru Hargobind Ji, Raikot Road, Mullanpur Dakha (near Ludhiana) to mark the 35th anniversary of Teeja Ghallughara (the battle of Akal Takht Sahib, June 1984).
