Sikh groups on Sunday reportedly handed over memorandums to three Congress MLAs in Jalandhar and demanded that former Punjab police chief Sumedh Saini and other cops identified by Justice (Retd.) Ranjit Singh Commission should also be named in the FIRs regarding firing at Behbal Kalan and Kotkapura.
