Preparations begin for Nov. 10 Sarbat Khalsa Samagam at village Chabba

The organizers of the Sarbat Khalsa samagam today began an Akhand Paath Sahib at the house of S. Ram Singh at village Chabba on Mandiala road. Notably the samagam is to be held on Nov. 10 at a place known as "Babbran Di Behek" at Chabba village.

Bihar State Assembly Elections 2015: Final Results

Bihar state assembly election results were declared today. According to final results available on the website of the Election Commission of India (ECI), Grand alliance of Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD), Janta Dal (United) and Indian National Congress swept the Bihar assembly with 178 seats. There were total 243 seats in the state assembly.

Joint positional statement by Dal Khals and Panch Pardhani on 10 Nov. Sarbat Khalsa issue

Sikh organizations, the Dal Khalsa and the Akali Dal Panch Pardhani, issued a written statement today regarding 10 November panthic gathering. The statement did not term the event as "Sarbat Khalsa". Both parties criticized the government for creating fear psychosis.

Trends show Grand alliance upper-hand in Bihar assembly poll results

As per trends of Bihar state assembly poll results after two hours of counting Grand Alliance led by JUD and RJD have gained considerable lead. According to IBN CNN trends were available from 234 out of 243 assembly seats. Grand alliance was on lead with lead on 138 seats while BJP and it's allies were leading on 89 seats.
