Criticizing the much publicized dharnas being held by the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), against alleged influx of drugs into the state from the international borders, Aam Aadmi party leader Harvinder Singh Phoolka said that the ruling party is carrying out this useless exercise at a huge cost, whereas the drug de addiction infrastructure in the state is totally defunct and non functional. This is an absolute gimmick aimed at fooling the people.
