New Delhi, India: The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has appointed new incharges for 28 states. The list issued by the BJP today called incharges as “Prabharis”. It is notable that the Punjab state incharge Shanta Kumar has been replaced by Prof Ram Shankar Katheria, where as a Punjab BJP leader – Avinash Rai Khanna – is appointed in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir where assembly elections are due in November.
