USA: Sikhs for Justice challenges the dismissal of Sikh genocide 1984 Suit against Congress

Washington, United States (May 26, 2014): It is learnt that the Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has challenged the dismissal of the 1984 Sikh genocide related rights violation case against Congress party before an appeals court in United States of America, saying the case "concerns" the US and it has "institutional standing" to seek judgment on behalf of the Sikh community.

Sikh-Americans raise $3,30,000 for needy students in Punjab
