New Delhi, India (August 29, 2013): It is learnt the Delhi high court on August 27, 2013 admitted CBI’s appeal against acquittal of Indian politician Sajjan Kumar in a November 1984 Sikh massacre case relating to killing of five Sikhs by a mob in New Delhi. As per information a bench of justices G. S. Sistani and G. P Mittal also asked Sajjan Kumar to appear before the registrar general of the high court to furnish bail bonds on 2 September, 2013 in the case.
