Lawsuit against Parkash S. Badal: Punjab govt’s legal team leaves for United States

Chandigarh/Punjab (August 25, 2012): Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal who is facing a Human Rights Law suit in United States has returned from his foreign trip whereas Punjab has dispatched a legal team comprising of Ashok Aggarwal, Advocate General of Punjab and S. K. Sandhu an IAS Officer, who is Principal Secretary to Chief Minister to study and discuss the case with legal experts in US.

Badal to spend 20 million on cow memorial – but no condolence for Sikhs murdered by police under his rule

Chandigarh/Punjab (August 25, 2012): It seems that for Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal the “memory” of allegedly slaughtered cows values more than lives of Sikhs murdered by police under his rule.
