Chandigarh (June 26, 2010): The all Party meeting called by Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to discuss river waters issue here Saturday failed to arrive at consensus on the proposal mooted by Shiromani Akali Dal(SAD) that a joint deputation should meet the Prime Minsiter Dr. Manmohan Singh and leaders of other national parties before July 13.
