Jalandhar, Punjab (May 22, 2014): Punjab Cabinet Minister Sarwan Singh Phillaur reportedly resigned from his post on "moral grounds". Swaran Singh Phillaur submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, that has reportedly been accepted by Badal.
