Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has reportedly developed a viral infection. CM’s Media advisor Harcharan Bains said CM Badal is progressing well and is expected to be back to normal health in three to four days.

Doctors attending to the chief minister said after a checkup this afternoon that the CM has been advised rest for another three days, Harcharan Bains said in a statement issued today.

“His regular programmes have been postponed and a fresh schedule will be announced later”, Bains added.
