Gurdaspur, Punjab: Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo was today presented in a Gurdaspur court. The police has presented chargesheet against Bhai Mintoo in a case registered under FIR No. 83, dated 15-09-2013 under sections 17, 18 and 19 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967; sections 153-A and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1872 and section 25 of Arms Act. The case was registered at police station Purana Shalla, district Gurdaspur.
Harminder Singh Minttoo’s council Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) over phone that the court of session judge (Gurdaspur) SK Garg has fixed March 04 as the next date for hearing.
“The court is expected to hold hearing on ‘chargesheet’ on March 04”, he added.
