Mansa (November 4, 2009): Bhai Daljeet Singh Bittu, Chairman of Shiromani Akali Dal (Panch Pardhani), Prof. Gurvir Singh, Makhan Singh, Amritpal Singh, Karan Singh and Gurdeep Singh Raju are resent to judicial custody by Senior Sub-Judge Mansa, K. B. Raheja till November 18, 2009. Bhai Bittu is resent to Amritsar Jail while others are sent to Bathinda Jail. They are booked by Punjab police for allegedly murdering Lilli Kumar, a dera sauda sirsa (DSS) follower.
