Will re-establish political affairs and top executive committee and re-energise the party from booth to India level, says Kejriwal

New Delhi, India (June 08, 2014): To bring the party out of current infighting and “resignation crisis”, the Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal has announced to launch “mission Vistaar”.

He declared on SUnday that the party was going into rebuilding mode to strengthen its roots. Talking to media persons on the sidelines of AAP’s India level Executive Council meeting, Kejriwal said that important decisions were taken and announced several measures to stop the current crisis in the party.

“We will re-establish political affairs and India level executive committee and re-energise the party from booth to India level”, he added.

“’Mission Vistaar’ will be started in the country wherein from booth-level to India level workers will visit villages and urge people to join AAP. The party was born to ensure that corruption is uprooted and we want to establish an honest government”, he further added.

Reflecting on AAP’s performance in the General Elections, Kejriwal said, “Though there was a wave of ‘someone’, but AAP did extremely well in Lok Sabha polls.”

Earlier during the day, AAP leader Yogendera Yadav refused that there was infighting in the party. He said that the party was united but there were some issues, which were to be solved within the party.
