Chandigarh: The Punjab Government has appointed Dr. Balkar Singh S/o Late Mr. Shingara Singh as the Director of Vishav Punjabi Centre Society, Punjabi University Patiala.

A government press release says that this appointment has been made for five years.

Disclosing this official spokesperson of the Higher Education and Languages Department said that the terms and conditions of the appointment would be issued by Governing Council of Vishav Punjabi Centre Society later on.
