Complainant Lakhvinder Kaur recorded her statement before the Special CBI Judge in the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi yesterday (3 October 2024). Her husband Badal Singh and two other Sikhs were killed in the targeted violence against Sikhs outside Pul Bangash Gurudwara in Delhi on November 1, 1984.
