Chandigarh/ Punjab (February 08, 2014): Dismayed over British Foreign Secretary William Hague's disclosure that the UK had advised India on the planning and execution of Operation Blue Star, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), an international human rights group, has said it will file a complaint in the European Court of Human Rights against the UK for aiding, abetting and complicity in 1984 army invasion of the Darbar Sahib Amritsar.
