Ludhiana: Punjab’s revenue minister Bikram Majithia has moved an application before a court seeking cancellation of bail granted to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh in a defamation case.
Bikram Majithia, who has been accused of drugs trade in the state by political opponents, said that the AAP leader has violated the conditions imposed in the bail order on February 8.

Bikram Majithia has requested the court to send Sanjay Singh to jail.
It has been contented that the court had directed him not to indulge in a similar offence but he “repeated it after getting bail”.
Bikram Majithia had alleged that Sanjay Singh had made a “false and defamatory statement” that he was involved in a drug racket.
