Congress govt managed escape of Jagdish Tytler from trail

Amritsar (April 27, 2010): Calling the CBI as a Congress Bureau of Investigation, the Dal Khalsa today hits out the investigating agency for giving clean chit to Jagdish Tytler, an accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh killings.
Notably, a Delhi court today let off the Congress leader in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case after accepting CBI’s closure report giving clean chit to him.
In a statement party spokesperson Kanwarpal Singh said the Congress government at centre has managed the escape of their former minister from trail.
Taking a dig at country’s justice system, he said 25 years have passed and justice has become a distant dream for aggrieved families.  The incident has reminded us that “minorities are the sons of the lesser God in this Hindu-India”.
