Nabha, Punjab: A Nabha court yesterday (Dec. 17) sent Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo on police remand till December 20, 2014 in a case related to FIR number 7 of 2010 at Police Station Nabha Sadar. This FIR was registered under sections 4 and 5 of Explosives Act and sections 15, 16, 18 and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Harminder Singh Mintoo’s counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur told Sikh Siyasat News (SSN) that Hargunjit Kaur, sub-divisional judicial magistrate of Nabha sent granted 3 days police remand of Bhai Mintoo that will end on Dec. 20.

‘This case was registered against Bakhshish Singh and three others who have already been acquitted in this case’, added Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur.
