Moga, Punjab (June 07, 2014): The high voltage shocks of success of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has forced deputy chief minister Punjab and president of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Badal Sukhbir Singh Badal to change his dictator style of dealing with the party cadre.

As per reported by journalist Davinderpal in Punjabi Tribune, the fact came out of party meetings conducted with the senior party leaders during last three days that the traditional akali leaders were sidelined due to dictator style of the party president while young activists of the party have separated themselves from the party. The people of the state are much more uncomfortable with the present corrupt system in the state.

First ever after he took over the party as president that he would listen to the complaints of party workers and general public at the party office in Chandigarh. Earlier, he used to be CEO as Badal Dal, reported Punjbi Tribune.

Sukhbir had emerged as politico-businessman after he succeeded in forming government in the state as second time in 2012. The party encouraged many congress leaders to join the party and Sukhbir Badal invited and welcomed such leaders till now.

Junior Badal also asked the ministers to sit at district headquarters and to listen to the grievances of the party workers. He realized the gross root level truth of the politics from the senior party leaders first time.
