Dal Khalsa contested Gaini Gurbachan Singh, says Jathedar not above collective will of the Khalsa Panth

Contesting Gaini Gurbachan Singh for stating that only Jathedar Akal Takhat can convene the Sarbat Khalsa, the Dal Khalsa said even the Khalsa Panth during crisis can call the Sarbat Khalsa but venue should be in all probability the Akal Takhat, being the central place for all the Sikhs.
