Bhattal says: Congress not against Ram Mandir, No Problem if BJP builds it

Jalandhar, Punjab (April 18, 2014): Congress leader Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has triggered a controversy in the already charged political atmosphere by making a statement that said the Congress party was not averse to the idea of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) building Ram Mandir on the 'controversial' space in Ayodhya but was definitely against the 'politicization' of the issue by the saffron party during polls.

Hansi-Butana canal: SCI accepts Haryana’s plea for early adjudication against stay order; Decision likely on April 24

New Delhi, India (April 19, 2014): It is learnt that on Tuesday (April 15) the Supreme Court of India (SCI) accepted Haryana government’s plea for an early hearing of its application for vacating the 2007 SC order, restraining it from using the 109-km Hansi-Butana canal.
