Centre seeks more time in Prof. Bhullar’s case; SC sets deadline; Next hearing on March 26

New Delhi, India (March 11, 2014): It is learnt that the Supreme Court on Monday (March 10) adjourned the hearing of commutation plea of Sikh political prisoner and death row convict Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar till March 26 as Attorney General G. E. Vahanvati has sought more time on grounds that the government is yet to take a decision on second review petition filed before the President of India on Professor Devender Pal Singh Bhullar's behalf.

Raj Kakra’s film “Kaum De Heere” to be released world-over, except India, on March 14

Melbourne, Australia (March 09, 2014): Lyricist turned actor Raj Kakra's début movie “Kaum De Heere” shall be released in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United States of America and Canada on March 2014, but it it's release in India remains under clouds as India's Central Board of Film Certification has banned the screening of this movie.
