Chandigarh/ Punjab (July 22, 2013): The city of Chandigarh that had been one of the unsettled issued between the states of Punjab, Haryana and the Union of India; once again could the issue to heated political blame-game. As per media reports the Haryana state has once again asserted it's claim over the city of Chandigarh. Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda reportedly said on July 21, 2013 that Punjab should vacate the Chandigarh if it wanted to set up a new city, called New Chandigarh.
