SJF calls for boycotting film festival honoring Indian representatives

New York (October 28, 2012): According to a statement released by “Sikhs for Justice”, a US based human rights group, on November 2, 2012 The Sikh Art and Film Foundation is going to honor the Ambassador of India to the United States, Ms. Nirupama Rao as the Chief Guest at the 2012 Sikh Heritage Awards Gala in New York.

AISC to protest outside Rashtarpati Bawan (India) on Oct. 31 against denial of justice to 1984 Genocide victims

New Delhi (October 28, 2012): All India Sikh Conference headed by S. Gurcharan Singh Babbar has criticised the Centre for failing to punish those involved in the November 1984 massacre of Sikhs. The group has demanded immediate judicial action against the perpetrators of the violence.

Sikh Nation’s annual blood drive aims to keep alive memory of innocent Sikhs murdered in India

Surrey – Members of the world-wide renowned and internationally acclaimed Sikh Nation, which began a revolutionary movement of remembering the over 30,000 Sikhs murdered in 1984 in India by donating blood in the month of November, gathered in Surrey this week to apprise the local media of this year’s drive that has collected drum loads of blood and saves the lives of over 67,000 people so far.
