The August 09 Proof of Service signed by Christopher G. Kratochvil, a professional process server from “State Processing Service Inc.”, states that “I personally served on Parkash Singh Badal, Indian Citizen, and CM of Punjab at Oak Creek High School, Wisconsin”.
