Ludhiana, Punjab (April 24, 2013): The Sikh Gurdwaras Coordination Committee (SGCC) Ludhiana have called upon worldwide Sikhs and all those who have respect for human rights and are opposed to the death penalty, to remain vigilant regarding the hanging of Prof Devinderpal Singh Bhullar who is facing gallows and has become victim of the fractured judicial judgment of the apex court and vote-bank politics, in a meeting held here on April 23, 2013 in Gurdwara Sarabha Nagar.
