In response to the move of Sikh diaspora in Canada to disallow Indian diplomats using Gurdwara stage, the Indian State is planning to impose visa curbs on Sikh representatives.
As per the media reports the Indian passports may no longer be valid proof of address, the reason for this is said to be the Ministry for External Affairs (MEA)
