Harvinder Singh Sarna, Secretary General of Shiromani Akali Dal Delhi and Former President Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee in a press statement issued today said that Manjinder Sirsa, General Secretary DSGMC had badly failed to prove the allegations of sale of land by Sarna brothers to a private company allotted for Bala Sahib Hospital by DDA.

The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara management committee (DSGMC) has urged former president of the Gurdwara committee Harvinder Singh Sarna to withdraw a petition filed in Delhi High Court challenging the orders of April 18 2014 of the Patiala House court which declared Bala Sahib hospital trust illegal, so that hurdles created in the functioning of the hospital are cleared.
