In a written statement released today the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (DSGMC) media advisor Parminder Pal Singh said that he has sent a notice to a Canadian Punjabi newspaper for alleged the defamation of the DSGMC. The notice is sent on behalf of DSGMC.
