Jalandhar, Punjab: Jalandhar police belonging to police station Bhogpur yesterday (Feb. 20) presented Challan (chargesheet) against Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo, Harpreet Singh Jammu, Paramjit Singh Pamma and Sarwan Singh Shabba in a Jalandhar court. The chargesheet was presented before the court of Prabhjot Kaur, JIMC, Jalandhar in a case pertaining to FIR number 102 of 2014, registered at police station Bhogpur. The court cf JIMC committed the case to Sessions court of Jalandhar for March 5, 2015.

It is notable that Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo and Harpreet Singh Jammu are currently lodged in Maximum security jail, Nabha whereas Paramjit Singh Pamma and Sarwan Singh Shabba are confined in Kapurthala Jail. They were brought to Jalandhar to face the charges in this case.

During Feb. 20 hearing Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur appeared as defence counsel for Harminder Singh Mintoo.
