Speaking during a discussion on Punjab Water Crisis, Sikh Siyasat editor Parmjeet Singh presented his views on topic ‘Legal and Constitutional Aspects of Punjab River Water Issue’. In his speech he explained that how the Indian state subverted its constitutional and legal provision to loot the natural resource i.e. river waters of Punjab. This discussion was organised by Sikh Youth of Punjab (SYP). The event was held at Hoshiarpur on 3 October 2019.
