Amritsar, Punjab (July 23, 2012): As per a news-brief that appeared on Express News Service (ENS) the Dal Khalsa on Sunday (July 22, 2012) slammed Indian Supreme Court lawyer Harwinder Singh Phoolka for saying that journalist Kuldip Nayar was not an enemy of Sikhs and thus, his apology should be accepted.

In a statement, Phoolka had said that it is rather unfortunate that a controversy has started regarding the Nayar’s autobiography Beyond the Lines.

In a letter to Phoolka, Dal Khalsa spokesperson Kanwarpal Singh said that his (Phoolka’s) “defence of Nayar was not in good taste”.
