Moga, Punjab (June 09, 2014): According to media reports, Jathedar Tota Singh, Dr Daljit Singh Chima and Sohan Singh Thandal may be given berth in the Punjab cabinet. Released with reference of sources, Babushahi.com reported that the names of these MLAs are at the priority of state government. The Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal is likely to expand his cabinet on June 10. A oath taking ceremony would conducted at 10 ‘o clock in the morning at Raj Bhawan at Chandigarh.

Confirming the induction, party spokesman and MLA Dr Daljit Singh Chima said that the work of three various ministries were affected due to the vacant seats. The CM opted to fill such seats in public interest.
Earlier, Harcharan Bains also confirmed the decision but both the leaders avoided disclosing the names of the ministers.
Three berths of SAD quota are lying vacant after the resignations of Bibi Jagir Kaur, Jathedar Tota Singh and Sarwan Singh Phillaur. All these ministers are facing legal proceedings even Bibi Jagir Kaur was convicted and sentenced by the court.
