Ludhiana: A trial court in Ludhiana today (March 31) acquitted Sikh political prisoner Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo in a case registered at Jagraon police station in 2008.

The case FIR number 137/ 2008 (dated: 17 June 2008) was registered at PS Jagraon under sections 4 and 5 of Explosives Act and Sections 121, 121A, 153A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
