Chandigarh: Court of Judicial Magistrate Radhika Puri at Khanna today sent both Ramandeep Singh Bagga and Hardeep Singh Shera to 14 days Judicial custody in a case FIR no.119/16 (dated: 24/04/2016) pertaining to the murder of pro-hindutva activist Durga Prasad, said defense council Advocate Jagmohan Singh.

While the duo were sent to judicial custody, Judicial Magistrate Radhika Puri meanwhile rejected the transit remand asked by the Payal Police in another case, said Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur.
