Chandigarh: Professor Davinderpal Singh Bhullar is a Sikh political prisoner jailed in India since January 1996. He was earlier sentenced to death in 2000 and remained on death row for about 14 year as on 31 March 2014 his death sentence was concerted into imprisonment for life by Indian Supreme Court.

The issue of his release has gained prominence in Punjab after the Supreme Court of India on 9th of December 2021 lifted the ‘status quo’ installed on the case of his premature release.

Panj-aab Lawyers, headed by Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, has issued a document providing detailed information about Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar, his case and the issue of his release.
