Amritsar: Acting jathedars- Bhai Dhian Singh Mand, Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala and Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal today held a meeting at Akal Takht Sahib in Amritsar. Addressing media persons outside the Darbar Sahib complex, acting Jathedars declared to have summoned Punjab minister and Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) leader Sikandar Maluka for accommodating Hindutva elements who distorted the Sikh Ardas during a function of SAD (Badal) and BJP at Rampura Phul on December 26.

Besides Sikandar Maluka, acting jatehdars have also summoned SGPC member Major Singh and former SGPC member Satnam Singh (Bhai Rupa) to appear before them and offer clarification on January 9.

Acting Jathedars have also summoned Satnam Singh Pipliwala for distorting Sikh history and disrespecting Sikh martyrs to offer his clarification on January 9.

They also appealed to the people of Punjab for refraining to support ruling SAD (B) in upcoming Punjab elections for SAD (B)’s anti-Sikh activities.
