Chandigarh: The Supreme Court of India (SCI) on November 10, 2016 passed on a judgement nullifying Punjab Termination of Agreements Act, 2004 which results in restoration of 2004 SCI order commanding completion of controversial Satluj Yamuna Link canal. Sikh Siyasat’s Editor Parmjeet Singh talked to Sikh youth leader Bhai Mandhir Singh on this issue, who said that the SCI order clearly reflects that the Indian state treats Punjab as an occupied territory.
